These Terms of Service form a contract between Vaultbase Ltd and you. By accessing or using our site or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. We keep our language plain and practical so expectations are clear.

Vaultbase provides educational tools, planning templates, and non‑regulated guidance to help you organise long‑term savings. We do not provide regulated financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services. Any projections are illustrative only and based on your inputs and stated assumptions. You are responsible for your decisions and for verifying whether any approach is suitable for you.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services. Prohibited actions include attempting to breach security, copying or redistributing content without permission, automated scraping beyond what is necessary for indexing, and using the services to transmit unlawful, misleading, or harmful material. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that risks harm to users, systems, or compliance.

Accounts, fees, and cancellations

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. One‑time services are billed on order. We may refund at our discretion where required by law.
